1. Overview

At MetricRise Media, we are committed to providing high-quality IT education and a positive learning experience. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

✅ Full Refunds:

  • Request made within 7 days of enrollment.

  • You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content or downloaded materials.

  • Applies only to self-paced, pre-recorded courses.

✅ Partial Refunds:

  • Request made within 14 days of enrollment.

  • You have accessed less than 25% of course content.

  • A processing fee of $25 may be deducted.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Course completion of more than 25%.

  • Live sessions, bootcamps, or workshops that have already started.

  • Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.

  • Customized corporate training packages.

  • Payments made after promotional offers with “no refund” terms.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email marketing@metricrisemedia.com with your full name, course name, and reason for the refund.

  2. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Course Cancellation by MetricRise Media

If a course is canceled by us (due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other issues), enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a similar course.
