2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
✅ Full Refunds:
Request made within 7 days of enrollment.
You have not accessed more than 10% of the course content or downloaded materials.
Applies only to self-paced, pre-recorded courses.
✅ Partial Refunds:
Request made within 14 days of enrollment.
You have accessed less than 25% of course content.
A processing fee of $25 may be deducted.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
Course completion of more than 25%.
Live sessions, bootcamps, or workshops that have already started.
Missed sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.
Customized corporate training packages.
Payments made after promotional offers with “no refund” terms.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Course Cancellation by MetricRise Media
If a course is canceled by us (due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other issues), enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a similar course.
